It has been widely reported for a while now that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be unveiled on March 29th and will hit shelves on the 21st of April.

What has come out within the last 24 hours though is an image purporting to be the first image of the flagship phone.

According to a image on Twitter, posted by a leaker, said to be gotten from tech news outlet, Venture Beat, the back of the device is very similar to last year’s Galaxy S7 but the front marks a fairly radical departure from Samsung’s typical design. In place of the physical home button and touch-sensitive navigation buttons is a large, curved display that seemingly runs edge to edge dominates the Galaxy S8.

Here is the image put out on Twitter.

Reports have stated that Samsung will have a feature resembling Windows Continuum that will give the Galaxy S8 desktop PC-like functionality when plugged into an optional HDMI dock.

It will also come with it's own personal assistant, reportedly called Bixby, a new feature made possible by the company’s acquisition of Viv Labs in 2016.
This is still not certain as there hasn't been any comment from Samsung, but what do you think about the look of the S8, sound off in the comments below.

If the leaks are to be believed then this might be the Sony Xperia XA successor.
The images were leaked by Steve Hemmerstoffer via his twitter account, @OnLeak. The phone is expected to be a Sony Xperia XA successor, although the name of the smartphone is not confirmed yet.
What the alleged renders and the following 3D video reveals is that the new Xperia smartphone is blue in color and spec wise it's possible that the phone comes in at  145 x 66.8 x 7.99 mm having the 55-inchdisplay and will have USB Type C as well as a connectivity feature.
Sony Xperia XA
The purported renders also suggest that the will have curved sides on the back, and a flat top and bottom. There is a 3.5 mm headphone jack as well but there is no fingerprint sensor seen in the device. As per the renders, there is also a front camera and rear camera with LED flash shown at the back.
Sony Xperia XA
As of now, not much about the specs of the upcoming Sony Xperia smartphone is known, and we will probably have to wait for some more leaks before the picture is complete.
Sony Xperia XA
The Sony Xperia XA (the predecessor) has 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of inbuilt memory, 200 GB expandable storage slot, Android Marshmallow operating system, Mediatek Helio P10 64 bit octa core processor, a 2300 mAh battery promising up to two days of battery life, and a 5 inch HD display.
Sony Xperia XA
Italso has a 13 megapixel rear camera that is armed with Exmor RS sensor, Hybrid auto focus and 5x zoom feature. It has an 8 megapixel snapper in the front which can capture images in low light and too in wide angle . The Sony Xperia XA has FM radio, 4G connectivity and a host of sound enhancement technologies like Clear Audio+ and X Loud.
So if the renders are indeed true, it might make an interesting proposition.

Beyond that though, it seems that a number of images (3) of the smartphone along with details about few specs were also leaked. Not just that but it has again been discovered that once more images of the smartphone have been leaked on Weibo, the popular Chinese Social Media platform, confirming the earlier leaks.

So there you have it, that's what is expected to come with the Gionee M2017 expected next year. You can see the leaked images below.

Well-known mobile phone leaker Evan Blass over  the weekend predicted that the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus would be release first week of September. A short time later, he predicted that it should launch on Friday, September 16. Today, Blass has followed up and reported that pre-orders would take place on Friday, September 9.

Apple are usually controversial with their dates cause Last year, Apple announced the iPhone on September 9, started pre-orders on September 12 and released it on September 25.

I guess we would just have to wait and see if these leak dates are right or wrong, only a matter of time could tell...

You can follow @evleaks on twitter for more apple and android leaks.

Blackberry have been out of the smartphone game for a while, but they are now braced to make a return in a big way.

There has been talk of two Android handsets arriving this year. Specifications of one of those handsets, codenamed BlackBerry Hamburg, appear to have leaked online.
From the looks of things, the handset visited GFXBench and there it revealed everything that it has inside.

According to GFXBench, the BlackBerry Hamburg will feature a 5.2 inch Full HD display with a Snapdragon 615 processor under the hood paired with 3GB of RAM.
Also revealed is that the handset will have 16GB of onboard storage, a 12 megapixel rear and 8 megapixel front camera as well as Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow preinstalled straight out of the box.
If you believe previous reports, then you'll know it's going to be an all-touch model, meaning it won’t have that iconic BlackBerry keyboard, that will come with the BlackBerry Rome.

The Hamburg’s design is said to be similar to the BlackBerry Z30.
BlackBerry's first Android phone, the Priv didn't have much fun on its release, but with the Hamburg and Rome, Blackberry have a way back. We'll see how it goes.

The problem for Apple's flagship mobile phone is that it's all it has. So if an iPhone isn't awesome, it spells trouble for Apple as there's no fallback Phone for them to direct people to.

From the looks of it though, it seems they have nothing to worry about with the iPhone7 as every new leak just makes it look more and more awesome.

In the new leaks available online, the iPhone7 looks ever so graceful from the back with its dull golden color. The image first appeared on Chinese social media site, Weibo.

It also looks logical as it tallies with the earlier leaks we've been treated to. The re-positioned antenna bands and a larger rear camera are all still there.

There’s no Smart Connector, which tallies with other recent links and a second rear microphone is also a go. This nifty little feature will probably add stereo recording in the new phone.

Now even though the leaks looks all well and good, they must still be treated with a huge bag of salt. We'll update you as things move on.

The Samsung Galaxy Note series have been rather popular on the market ever since the first iteration. With the Galaxy Note 6, Samsung seem to have found themselves another winner.

The Note 6 has been rumored to come with a metal build, a massive 5.8-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 823 processor with a whooping 6GB of RAM, 12-megapixel Super OIS Plus camera, 4000mAh battery and of course the S Pen which is a fan favorite.

The note 6 will have to compete with its cousin the S7 though and it will be interesting to see how that pans out, but with a loyal fanbase, it is the opinion of this writer that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will do just fine.

The phone is expected to hit shelves sometime later this year, but there have been leaked photos, renders and so on. You are free to avail yourself of some of them below.

Enjoy!

Less than three months to the end of the year, there's been quite a number of new devices coming out and Microsoft doesn't seem to be taking a chill pills as we see the leaked images of their new set of Lumia 950 & 950 XL.

This amazing new smartphones are coming with a whooping 20MP PureView camera with triple-LED flash see image below.

That's not all, if you take a better look at the image below, you'll notice a low-infrared diode beside the front camera, Seen ? Ok what this does is that, you can actually unlock your device by just looking at it(you have to config it tho) and yes it's a dual sim.

What we do not know for now is the battery life, what does it weight, would it be cheap, Memory space and so on. This Lumia's are set for un-boxing at Microsoft October 6 Event (Tuesday precisely)

Fingers crossed!!!

The official full android blackberry is finally out! BlackBerry revelaed the images of the Priv  two days ago and quite a number of people are loving it already although some hateful comment about the fact that the device is Slide.

The release date and price will be out but apparently not soon. According to blackberry official blog, this device is a privacy-enabled Android smartphone meaning with PRIV’s software enhancements, physical keyboard and oversized screen, all enabled by the slider form factor, we’re bringing privacy, productivity, and, oh yes, some sexy, back.

Because it’s Powered By Android, PRIV will also deliver the largest choice in apps and the most secure experience possible to the widest audience. PRIV users will enjoy choice, innovation, security, privacy AND productivity. In other words, no compromises. To satisfy the curiosity out there, here are the first official images of PRIV.

Indeed it's eye-catching and unique but the cons about this device is that the Slide is like a major seat back for it coz really nobody wants to go back to the early years of BlackBerry Torch where you're going to have to battle flex problems, i believe all this must have been worked on by BlakBerry engineers and we look forward to it.

Another thing that might make this more unique is variety in colors, not just just the formal White or Black.

Keep watching this blog and our social channels for more images, videos and details about PRIV’s specs. We’ll also soon post how you can register to receive the latest information about PRIV, including when and how to buy it.

Here's anexclusive picture of the first Amazon Mobile smartphone, leaked by an insider and thanks to BGR for letting it out. Though this just gives me an Apple feeling they might face a lawsuit for actually design cloning.

But i think its classy atleast when it officially gets into the market in the coming weeks, folks who like Apple design and they can't afford it here's a seconder. Sadly it's not global i guess on in the US.

The device is said to be coming with a 2GB of RAM, 4.7-inch display with 720p HD resolution, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, six individual camera modules and a highly customized version of Google’s Android operating system similar to the one seen on Amazon’s various Kindle Fire tablets.

Funny comment...

IPhone front, Android back, Samsung home button, and Amazon Logo centered perfectly up to on the back. Now talking on the phone will remind passers-by that they need to shop on Amazon instead of going into retail stores. Oh yeah, store clerks will now look at you funny when start price checking while walking down an isle.

Previously there has been an authentic way to jailbreak your iPhone 4 but it's only Tethered version. Well apparently now it seems there's a leak somewhere that the same iPhone 4 now has an Untethered Jailbreak and we seem to have proof.

Here's a video snippet uploaded on youtube by RMSiPhone displaying an iPhone 4 that has been jailbroken untethered

One of the trending question about the video which even a blind person could notice was that, the video did not show us any Cydia Icon, which makes people think it's still probably on a test run. Let's not forget that the jailbreak works only on devices equipped with Apple's A4 chip for now which includes the iPhone 4, the 4th generation iPod Touch, and the original iPad but leaves out any of their successors.

The picture below shows a jailbroken iPhone 4 powering up in untethered mode.

Another picture below shows that the jailbreak indeed works on an iOS 7.1

And lastly the picture below shows the user shutting down the fully Untethered iPhone 4 (perhaps because the battery was low lol).

Above all, this Jailbreak hasn't come out yet and we hope by this week iPhone 4 or A4 Chip devices should anticipate for the Jailbreak process. For iPhone 4s,5,5s and Apple A5 chips ya'll can wait till a possible Jailbreak comes out(Atleast i learnt there won't be any jailbreak for them because the hackers and programmers e.g Evaders, iH8snow, Winocom aren't working on it basically coz they said they are keeping an eye on iOS 8 coming out this summer).

Pod2g, a member of the Evad3rs development team behind the Evasi0n jailbreak told iDigitalTimes that “there is a big chance the evad3rs won't focus on [an iOS 7.1 jailbreak] as a team…expect that for iOS 8.”

You read it here. :-)

The all new IPhone 6 is around the corner Folks! First of all lemme say for those of you who bought IPhone 5 and felt like the End has come? You better think again coz this New IPhone 6 with iOS 7 OS is one piece of device you're just gonna have to Crush on it!

Secondly this device is a little bit like the new BlackBerry Z30(if you take a closer look I mean from the top of it tho, but that's where the comparison ends!)

Now let's take a closer look at what this IPhone 6 has got to offer!

First thing you should already notice is the wider screen display which is 4.7inch wide, also the Iphone comes with a softer key, this feature request was because if you're an IPhone User, the middle/Center button(which is the main button for going back to Home Menu when stuck in an application environment) used to be a lil bit hard so now that's oldskool!

A 3D camera? Whoa at first I was like what on earth those that mean! Until I watched the 3D effect from the official snippet video you're about to watch(that is if you haven't even watched it yet :-) ) and I was amazed.

The IPhone 6 came fully loaded with a Bluetooth charging technology(now that's so cool but iFear tho), the speaker also came with a surround sound system that makes you wanna listen to your song without using the earpiece or headphones.

The exciting part is that, the IPhone 6 is coming out Fall of 2014!

I'm pretty sure a lot of you will start trading your IPhone 5(what about IPhone 4? Just CoolStory it lool)

Bye for now!

BBM for iOS and Android to Launch This Summer

Apple and Android™ users this summer, with support planned for iOS7, and Android 4.2 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or higher, all subject to approval by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

BBM sets the standard for mobile instant messaging with a fast, reliable, engaging experience that includes delivered and read statuses, and personalized profiles and avatars. Upon release, BBM customers would be able to broaden their connections to include friends, family and colleagues on other mobile platforms.
In the planned initial release, iOS and Android users would be able to experience the immediacy of BBM chats, including multi-person chats, as well as the ability to share photos and voice notes, and engage in BBM Groups, which allows BBM customers to create groups of up to 30 people.

“For BlackBerry, messaging and collaboration are inseparable from the mobile experience, and the time is definitely right for BBM to become a multi-platform mobile service. BBM has always been one of the most engaging services for BlackBerry customers, enabling them to easily connect while maintaining a valued level of personal privacy. We’re excited to offer iOS and Android users the possibility to join the BBM community,” said Andrew Bocking, Executive Vice President, Software Product Management and Ecosystem, at BlackBerry.
BBM is loved by customers for its “D” and “R” statuses, which show up in chats to let people know with certainty that their message has been delivered and read. It provides customers with a high level of control and privacy over who they add to their contact list and how they engage with them, as invites are two-way opt-in. iOS and Android users would be able to add their contacts through PIN, email, SMS or QR code scan, regardless of platform. Android users would also be able to connect using a compatible NFC-capable device.

BBM has more than 60 million monthly active customers, with more than 51 million people using BBM an average of 90 minutes per day. BBM customers collectively send and receive more than 10 billion messages each day, nearly twice as many messages per user per day as compared to other mobile messaging apps. Almost half of BBM messages are read within 20 seconds of being received; indicating how truly engaged BBM customers are.

Today, BlackBerry also announced BBM Channels, a new social engagement platform within BBM that will allow customers to connect with the businesses, brands, celebrities and groups they are passionate about. BlackBerry plans to add support for BBM Channels as well as voice and video chatting for iOS and Android later this year, subject to approval by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

If approved by Apple and Google, the BBM app will be available as a free download in the Apple® App Store(SM) and Google Play store. Additional details about system requirements and availability will be announced closer to the launch.

Just after a successful released of the all new BlackBerry 10 devices e.g Z10 and Q10, heres a sneak leak to what we could say the next iBlackberry lol coz this device R10 is said to have a non-removable battery with a back plastic cover that looks like an iPhone 3G...

The device is rumored to ship with a 3.1-inch display operating at a resolution of 720 x 720, a 5-megapixel rear camera, 2GB of system memory, 8GB of internal flash storage and a 1,800mAh battery that isn’t removable.

However its surely running on the New BlackBerry 10 OS, other sources suggested the phone would launch sometime during the third quarter for between $300 to $400 without carrier subsidy.

The BlackBerry R10 at first glance, it looks a lot like an older iPhone from the rear, you can however call this iPhone 3G mimic lol...Till then lest see what this device holds.

Sometime early this year, BlackBerry were working on updating the Operating System for 9790 aka Bold 4 from the default OS 7.0 to OS 7.1.0.247 which intend to have the following features according to GSMARENA.COM , Wi-Fi enabled calling, NFC tagging, Mobile Hotspot and FM radio support among other improvements. Also updated are various BlackBerry apps, such as Messenger, Traffic, Maps and Travel.

Until now, only the Bold 9900/9930, the Torch 9810/9850/9860, and the Curve 9350/9360/9370 have had official 7.1 builds.

Atleast now the Bold 4 users can now have a feel of the Bold 5 yea.
